Smith Stearns aims to create individualized programs and schedules that are unique to each students needs. With that being said, each schedule has the potential to be slightly different depending on factors such as private lessons, fitness, school schedule, academic assistance, as well as periodized tournament training that varies amongst students and levels.
The following are sample schedules for our different programs.
Sample Schedule – Full Time Academy All Day Program
7:00 am Breakfast or Optional Tennis or Fitness Lesson
8:00 – 10:00 am Academy Training
10:31-1:40 School for Heritage Academy Students
10:15-1:05 School for Hilton Head Prep Students
1:30-2:30 Optional Tennis or Fitness Lesson Time
2:30 – 4:30 pm Academy Training
4:30 – 5:15 pm Intense On & Off Court Fitness
4:30 – on Optional Lesson Times
6:30 pm Dinner
7:30-9:00 pm Study Hall (Monday & Wednesday there is Strength Training from 5:30-6:30 pm and on Thursday there is Yoga from 4:45-5:45 pm)
10:00 pm Lights Out
