The Academy is within one of the top-rated resorts in the country, The Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Founded in 2002, Smith Stearns prepares junior athletes for the highest level of competition possible in both collegiate and professional tennis. We promote a family atmosphere of intense training, camaraderie, and fun. The Smith Stearns approach speaks for itself as we have mentored numerous state, sectional, national, and international champions over the years. We are also proud to have one of the strongest college placement programs in the country

Our ultimate goal is to train young student athletes to be the best tennis player they can be, while giving them an amazing experience that will last a lifetime. With a passionate commitment to excellence, we help students achieve a well rounded life so they are better prepared and poised for success. We offer year-round instructive programs, as well as semester, monthly, weekly & weekend programs. For individuals wanting one-on-one time or just want to improve specific areas of their game, we also offer private lessons & tournament coaching.
