Additional Fees
The Smith Stearns Apparel Package is mandatory each year for all full time students. Typically, the package is given out at our Orientation Meeting & Dinner in August. The package includes a wide variety of product not limited to hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, sweatpants, tank tops, hats, and bags.
Cost: $250.00
Fees for private lessons, tournament coaching, gym membership, and online school or Hilton Preparatory tuition are all separate from academy tuition.
Payment Information
All payments must be made out to Smith Stearns Tennis Academy. Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted in payment for Academy tuition, student housing, tournament coaching, and private lessons. Private lessons must be paid in full in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Deposit for Camps
A 50%, non-refundable deposit is required to hold reservations for the Academy. The remaining balance will be charged upon your arrival. Housing charges are payable in full upon time of reservation and are non-refundable.
Deposit for Full Time Academy
Upon acceptance into the Full Time Academy a $1,000 deposit for day students and a $2,000 deposit for housing students is due to secure each students space in the academy. This deposit will be deducted from the last installment from the payment plan you select. This is a non-refundable deposit.
