A day in the life.

Smith Stearns aims to create individualized programs and schedules that are unique to each students needs. With that being said, each schedule has the potential to be slightly different depending on factors such as private lessons, fitness, school schedule, academic assistance, as well as periodized tournament training that varies amongst students and levels.

The following are sample schedules for our different programs.

 

Sample Schedule – Full Time Academy All Day Program

7:00 am Breakfast
8:00 – 10:00 am Academy Training
10:00 – 11:00 am Optional Tennis or Fitness Lesson
11:00 am – 2:00 pm Lunch followed by Online School
2:00 – 4:15 pm Academy Training
4:15 – 5:00 pm Intense On & Off Court Fitness
6:30 pm Dinner
7:30-9:00 pm Study Hall (Monday & Wednesday there is Strength Training from 5:15-6:15 pm)
10:00 pm Lights Out

7:00 am Breakfast
8:15 – 12:40 pm School at Hilton Head Prep
1:00 – 2:00 pm Optional Tennis or Fitness Lesson
2:00 – 4:15 pm Academy Training
4:15 – 5:00 pm Intense On & Off Court Fitness
6:30 pm Dinner
7:30-9:00 pm Study Hall (Monday & Wednesday there is Strength Training from 5:15-6:15 pm)
10:00 pm Lights Out

Please note
Private tennis and fitness lesson time slots vary, which have an effect on the daily schedule. Hilton Head Prep Student may also schedule lessons during open blocks in their school schedule.
Weekend curfew and lights out times are different than weekday.
